Things that make them PRICELESS!

These fawns have never been touched by bare human hands.
The white fawn is known as a Piebald, which is half albino and half normal.
The Piebald fawn is a buck and the normal fawn is a doe.
The fawns mother was hit by a vehicle and was believed to be in labor at the time of the accident.  Both fawns were found by Mr. Hadley's grandchildren.  When Mr. Hadley saw them he cleaned them off the best he could and took them to a local taxidermist.  He was told that he should take them to a specialist, because the fawns were so fragile.  He then took the baby fawns to Clengerman.  The outcome is what you see before you, yet these small pictures do not do them justice.
Both of these animals have never breathed a breath.

Another Interesting Tidbit
Albino/Piebald deer are very scarce.  Since a deer's coat is there biggest defense against natural predators, Albino and Piebald deer are at a big disadvantage. This takes there already limited numbers down even more.

Showings
The MaineFawns have been shown many different places in the New England area.
They have been exhibited in local businesses as well as being located in a local nursing home.  View article page.
They were also featured in the Maine Mastc Book which comes out every year.

Taxidermy

These fawns were done by Clengerman.  A New Yorker taxidermist.  Known for his excellent work.
Also these deer have been estimated by local taxidermist as priceless.
